David Rostov
Chief Executive Officer
David has 20 years of experience in senior leadership positions and managing high growth companies.
From 2003 to 2006, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Infospace, Inc., a leading mobile media and online search company. He was part of a small management team that successfully restructured the company. During this time, revenues increased almost threefold, the company became profitable and the market capitalization increased significantly.
From 2001 to 2002, David was the Acting Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Apex Learning, a leading online high school education company primarily owned by Vulcan Ventures. During this period, revenues more than doubled. He successfully led the sale of the company to Warburg Pincus.
From 1999 to 2001, David was the Chief Financial Officer of drugstore.com, a leading online drugstore company. He helped grow revenues to $100 million within two years and took the company public.
From 1996 to 1998, he was Chief Financial Officer of Nextel International.
Prior to 1996, David worked for McCaw Cellular Communications (now Cingular Wireless) and Goldman Sachs.
David has an MBA and MA from the University of Chicago and a BA from Oberlin College. He sits on the Board of Pyramid Breweries, Inc.
Josh Stellick
Vice President
Josh is one of the original founders of Lighthouse Document Technologies. He came into the document management industry in 1995 and has consistently increased company revenues in each subsequent year.
Demonstrating a natural ability to recruit, train, and motivate sales personnel, Josh has led the company’s evolution into a nationally recognized service provider. Combining high-energy with an unmatched dedication to provide the highest level of service, he carries these principles into teambuilding, target marketing, and business development.
Josh is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in English Literature and is an avid outdoorsman.
Diane Hager
Director of Finance
Diane Hager comes to Lighthouse Documents Technologies with an extensive background in accounting and finance leadership in the Seattle area, mainly in the high tech and entertainment fields. Diane was Controller for Ticketmaster's northwest operations for nine years before working for Ticketmaster's parent company, performing internal audit work both in the United States and overseas.
After completing her education in accounting and obtaining her CPA licenses in South Dakota and Washington, Diane has worked with several Seattle based businesses to perfect their business processes and operations. At Lighthouse, Diane will continue these efforts in streamlining client-facing and backroom operations while managing the accounting, finance and human resources functions.
Tim Hammon
Technical Project Manager
Tim is the Technical Project Manager for the Electronic Data Processing department at Lighthouse Document Technologies.
As TPM, Tim assists clients select services needed to deal with the demands of electronic data discovery and ensures those services are delivered by the team to the client in a timely manner.
Before joining Lighthouse, Tim worked as a Litigation Support Specialist, assisting attorneys and staff review, produce, and search data in large litigation databases during the discovery process. He also assisted paralegals and attorneys in deposition and trial preparation. Prior to becoming a Litigation Support Specialist, Tim was a secondary school teacher and administrator.
Paul Zimmerman
Production Manager
Paul has over 12 years of experience leading and managing litigation service operations teams. He has worked with a variety of law firms, corporate accounts and fortune 100 companies throughout the west coast. Most recently, he was the Operations Manager of Facilities Management at Copiers Northwest, Inc. Prior to that, He served as production manager for Whitmont Legal Technologies, Inc. Prior to Whitmont, he was the operations manager for IKON Office Solutions.
Paul has been responsible for the creation and implementation of workflow processes to meet the increased complexity of litigation. He has been involved in the development of nationally recognized training programs and has successfully managed diverse teams supporting many high profile court cases, bankruptcies, patent claims, mergers and acquisitions.
Paul is responsible for ensuring that Lighthouse provides high quality service on all client matters.
Matthew Lapin, Esq.
Director, Business Development
Matthew Lapin is a Director of Business Development at Lighthouse Document Technologies. Matthew started with Lighthouse in May 2007. His primary role is to build relationships with our clients.
Prior to Lighthouse, Matthew worked for 12 years at the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office as a Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. During his tenure at the Prosecutor's Office, Matthew tried over 100 cases, including several homicides. At the time he left the Prosecutor's Office, Matthew was the supervisor of the mainstream trial unit. Matthew received his law degree in 1995 at the University of Miami (FL). He graduated Cum Laude. He received his undergraduate degree in 1990 at Princeton University where he played on the Varsity Basketball team and was team captain his senior year. He grew up in Washington D.C.
Lo Saeteurn
Manager, Client Services
As Manager of Client Service, Lo is responsible for insuring that Lighthouse clients receive outstanding client service. He manages Lighthouse’s client services team.
Lo is a seasoned Lighthouse employee who has been with the company for over a decade. He has held various roles each with increasing responsibilities. His roles have included Account Manager, Project Manager, Production Manager, and Customer Service Representative. He has successfully led many of Lighthouse’s most complex projects for top Seattle law firms, Fortune 100 companies and government agencies. His breadth of experience in litigation services and ability to manage complex projects allows him to provide outstanding client service.
Crystal Kilborn
Manager, Electronic Discovery
Crystal brings to Lighthouse a strong eDiscovery management background. Most recently, she served at Director of Operations for Tech Lit, Inc. She was responsible for hiring, training and managing a litigation services operations team. Prior to Tech Lit, she was a technical trainer for Aptara, Inc. Before that she served as supervisor at Electronic Evidence Discovery Inc. She worked on many large, complex electronic discovery cases. Crystal began her eDiscovery career at Daticon in Connecticut. She served in various roles of increasing responsibility including supervisor and operations manager.
Crystal has a strong technical background and specializes in managing complex electronic projects.
Rodney Wilcox
Electronic Discovery Manager/Custom Solutions Architect
In charge of our Electronic Discovery Processing team, Rodney provides expert technical advice and the ability to build custom processing solutions. Possessing a technical engineering background combined with extensive litigation support experience allows him to troubleshoot the most complex data related issues that arise in e-discovery. His case management expertise ranges from discovery evidence management to data acquisition and preservation techniques, making him a qualified consultant in all areas of automated litigation support.
Rodney is a systems engineer with over 15 years of experience in software, systems and electronics engineering. His vast technical knowledge and abilities include database development and management, Internet/Web/e-Commerce; Client/Server, GUI design; litigation automation, technical advisor for counsel, systems development, software product development, database management systems, software architecture, research and development, engineering specification, and system specification.
Rodney’s technical certifications and skills include: A+ Certified; CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert); MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer); MCAD (Microsoft Certified Application Developer); RPG, COBOL, C, C++, C#, Java, Visual BASIC, VB .NET; IBM AS/400 Mainframe/Midrange Engineer and Developer; Linux/BSD GNU developer.
