Video Camera Surveillance
Digital video cameras are strategically positioned throughout the facility, including all perimeter points of entry and exit so that ALL premises space is monitored. Video Data is kept for 90 days.
Network Operations Center
Proactive around-the-clock systems monitoring performed by on-site personnel ensuring the highest level of physical security, reliability and uptime.
Key Card Access System
All activity throughout the facility is logged with keycard access required at all entry and exit points.
Fire Suppression System
Our Data Center is fitted with state-of-the-art, dry-pipe fire suppression systems utilizing VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) technology and smoke detectors.
Back-Up Generator System
Diesel gas powered backup generator of 1.5 megawatts giving N+1 power redundancy.
HVAC Air Conditioning System
N+1 redundant and monitored HVAC Air Conditioning Systems.
225 KVA Inline UPS Units
Power protection supplied via MGE 225 KVA inline UPS units.
Electronic Sensors
To ensure data center systems are functioning to specification, electronic sensors throughout the facility monitor heat, moisture and system loads and will alert staff when not in compliance with target service levels.

Secure single client network access available.
Redundant Servers
Lighthouse review tools are presented via clustered application server topologies and reside behind F5 load balancing technology providing smooth performance to our backend clustered database servers and file servers.
Client-Dedicated Hosting
Scalable blade server technology allows for expedient deployment of technology resources for hosting dedicated client data and stand-alone hosting environments if required.
Redundant Fiber-Optic Internet Connections
Internet connectivity is provided by redundant gigabit fiber-optic connections via Tier 1 network providers that have multiple physical points of entry into the facility.
Forensics Lab
Lighthouse processes all physical client data inside our restricted access Forensics Lab. A locked, fire, water, and bulletproof vault is located inside the lab to store original media received from clients. Five isolated computer forensic systems on their own secure VLAN are used to stage client data for processing.
Dedicated Fiber Link to Data Center
A dedicated Fiber Optic Link expedites the transfer of data from our intake center to the data center.
File Security
Application, database and File level security practices ensure client matter data is only accessed by approved resources both internally and externally.
