Lighthouse prepares our clients’ data for review with an eye toward reducing review time and costs.
With our proprietary Lighthouse SmartSeries of technologies, as well as our customized workflows, we reduce the overall review spend of our corporate clients by one-third to one-half.
There are three primary solutions available to create this dramatic reduction in costs:
Near Duplication and Threading
Lighthouse’s EmailSmart and DupSmart solutions analyze data sets to group like information together in order to reduce the overall number of documents to be reviewed. Both solutions dramatically reduce the cost of review and mitigate the risk associated with inconsistent treatment of similar documents.
Litigation Repository
Litigation is expensive; why add to the expense by recollecting, reprocessing, rereviewing, and reimaging data that has been used in a prior litigation? The Lighthouse ReDiscovery Platform eliminates rework. ReDiscovery is a single stored source for processed and reviewed data, capturing and storing all decisions made on documents. This data can then be leveraged in future litigation to reduce the data that needs to be reviewed in that subsequent litigation.
Privilege Document Reduction
Lighthouse’s proprietary technology and workflow, called PrivSmart, substantially reduces the cost of privilege review by segregating documents that need not be reviewed for privilege at all, and other documents that can be reviewed much more efficiently as a result of the segregation.
The Lighthouse SmartSeries was created to work seamlessly with our third party review partner platforms, like kCura’s Relativity, so that outside review firms and outside counsel can work in a familiar and uninterrupted fashion.
