Michelle Boston is a certified eDiscovery professional and licensed attorney. As a member of the Lighthouse Solutions Team, Michelle assists corporate legal teams and litigation support professionals with the development of electronic data strategies including; identification, preservation and collection of ESI, negotiations regarding the scope of discovery and budget development.

Prior to joining Lighthouse, Michelle served as legal support to UW Medicine Northwest where she was responsible for managing the legal and corporate governance needs of the organization’s wholly owned subsidiaries. During this time, she transitioned the wholly owned clinics from paper to electronic medical records and introduced a contracts management database, and a uniform litigation readiness and records management program.

Michelle received her J.D. from Seattle University and her B.A. from the University of Washington. She is a member of the EDRM Search Team, the Organization of Legal Professionals and Minority Corporate Counsel Association.
