
Lynn has over 20 years' experience as an attorney, including as a commercial litigator with Stoel Rives and as a prosecutor for the City of Seattle. Beginning in 2001, Lynn focused her practice on legal technology. She practiced in the electronic discovery group at K&L Gates, where she managed eDiscovery in document-intensive litigation including commercial, IP and antitrust cases and DOJ, FCC and FINRA inquiries. She handled all aspects of electronic discovery, from the legal hold process through post-production litigation support. She also consulted with clients on litigation readiness, preservation efforts, and document retention policies.
Lynn previously was Educational Programs Manager at Applied Discovery, where she developed and presented legal education programs on electronic discovery.
Lynn teaches in the University of Washington's Professional Education E-Discovery Certificate Program. She has also taught at Bellevue College and is a frequent speaker and author on various topics related to law and technology.
Lynn earned her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Washington. After law school, she served a two-year clerkship at the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago.
