Managed Services

At Lighthouse, we create a repeatable workflow tailored to the client, and leverage our institutionalized knowledge of the client’s data, its documents and business philosophies, thereby enabling the client to avoid the costly process of investing in a large in-house eDiscovery team, yet still establish institutional knowledge in a virtual dedicated team from Lighthouse.
Clients can choose to have Lighthouse manage all aspects of eDiscovery, relieving clients of the need to invest in any hardware, software, personnel, or other resources, and freeing them to focus solely on the legal aspects of a case. Alternatively, Lighthouse can assist clients that wish to expand their own eDiscovery departments, providing discrete services, such as workflow consulting, software evaluation, data reduction and processing, hosted review, or automated production. With our litigation support services, we can send a project manager or paralegal on-site to manage eDiscovery for clients. This allows clients to do more of their own eDiscovery even if they don’t currently have personnel with the necessary knowledge and skills to spare.

- A “per-custodian” price
- Flat fees per project, per matter, or per document, from ingestion through first-pass review
